Larry and Carol Martin's 50th Anniversary

7/11/09. Tonight I added a new state to my performance list. The almost great state of Mississippi. This was my first time to Ackerman and what a better occasion than for Larry and Carol's 50th wedding anniversary? They incorporated a 50's theme for this party and did it right. From the food to the 1959 Ford Fairlane. I only hope that one day I might get to celebrate my 50th wedding anniversary, I just have to get married and live at least 50 more years. Well, who knows what with the advancements in medical science. Anyway Super Congratulations to you Larry and Carol. You are an inspiration to us all.

Was there any part of our services you were particularly pleased with?
Joe's attitude, willingness to please, and his ability to read the crowd was spectacular! My entire family befriended him by the time the party was over and enjoyed him very much. My parents also greatly appreciated him working so hard to play the songs they chose. It made a big difference!On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being best), how would you rank your Feel The Beat Entertainment disc jockey?

We've been to 4 events where Joe was the DJ and he's always great. We've been to many other events where DJ's have been furnished by other companies and found that a DJ can't be underestimated. I recently returned from my 20th High School reunion where a different company was used to play 80's music. The music should have been a big part of the party, yet the DJ was totally not in tune with what our class listened to at the time, therefore we were disappointed knowing it could have been so much better. I didn't book this DJ, but wish I had been in charge! I would have known who to call!
